When Marie Depedro and Ronald Rivera were retiring from the Coast Guard after 20 years of service, they knew they wanted to continue to serve the community. They decided to enter the real estate industry and founded World Class Realty & Associates in 2012. Located at 620 Stoney Creek Lane in Newport News, World Class has over 100 agents who serve the entire Hampton Roads region. They have a second office in Virginia Beach and plan to open another in Suffolk.
