PenSoft Constructs New Facility in Oakland Industrial Park

Peninsula Software of Virginia, Inc. (PenSoft) became the second local manufacturer to break ground on a new facility in Oakland Industrial Park. PenSoft, a leading manufacturer of payroll software designed to help small and medium-sized businesses and payroll services providers, will occupy its new 12,000 square foot facility in mid-2008. Currently located in the Oyster Point business park, PenSoft has contracted with Hamner Development to build its new building, which is next door to the new facility being constructed for Coastal Forms and Data Products. Like Coastal Forms, PenSoft will be moving into a Virginia Enterprise Zone.
