Ferguson Opens HQ3 – $82 Million Expansion in City Center

Ferguson Enterprises, the nation’s largest distributor of residential and commercial plumbing supplies and pipe, valves and fittings, celebrated the completion and occupancy of the company’s third headquarters (HQ3) building in 2021. Standing eight stories and 260,000 square feet, the structure offers a bold, commanding presence and reinforces City Center as the Peninsula’s Central Business District.
