Ferguson Completes HQ3 in City Center

In 2020, Ferguson neared completion of construction of a new 260,000-square-foot HQ3 building to better serve its growing US and international client-base. The modern eight-story building is the largest single-user structure in Oyster Point. The EDA has built a public parking garage with 1,400 spaces to help fulfill the vision of a shared parking system, as outlined by the City Center at Oyster Point Master Plan.

The City’s Department of Engineering is undertaking additional transportation infrastructure improvement projects to help maintain traffic flows through the
greater Oyster Point area.
