Chef Kyle Fowlkes, owner and executive chef of the award-winning SATÉ: The Roaming New American Kitchen food truck, recently expanded his portfolio with the grand opening of his new restaurant SATÉ: A New American Experience.
A ribbon-cutting event was held Thursday, Nov. 9, to offer the public a glimpse of the bistro and a taste of the cuisine. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Chef Kyle is no stranger to the culinary scene. Prior to the restaurant and food truck, his career spanned over a decade as the executive chef at Embassy Suites by Hilton – Hampton Convention Center.
