Swisslog

In 2016, Swisslog expanded its Newport News presence by moving into additional space in Oakland Industrial Park. The space is just down from the company’s main facility and houses Swisslog’s new Software and Controls Hub, which provides support for all the company’s offices and clients throughout the Americas. Part of the need for new space is the company’s rapid growth. As one of the industry leaders in automation solutions for hospitals, warehouses and distribution centers, Swisslog continues to grow rapidly in the Americas region, nearly doubling in just a few short years. In addition to the new software hub, the company has research and development, product demo and testing and product parts fulfillment facilities located in Newport News.
