The Hampton Roads Event Center is designed to host a wide range of special events such as birthdays, graduations, weddings, baby showers, retirement parties, anniversary dinners, family reunions, bridal showers, and fundraisers. In addition, the center offers space for corporate events such as off-site meetings, business luncheons, and retreats for team building and organizational planning.
The event center’s team works directly with clients to determine the needs of the special occasion and how they can collaborate to make sure that each event is a success. The venue is fully equipped with amenities such as 60-inch round dining tables, buffet tables, moveable lounge area, bar with ice chest, cocktail tables, Bluetooth speaker system, AV projector/Apple TV, and a warming kitchen that can be used by guests and caterers.
The facility also provides choices of decorations, such as tablecloths, signs, centerpieces, vases, assorted dried flowers, and candles that can be used to customize the space. With 2,300 square feet of premium indoor space and 2400 square feet of patio space, the center can comfortably accommodate up to 130 guests.
