Intro to the Omtech Laser with Q (Hampton) (Members Only)

Take a laser cutter class on the powerful Omtech Laser! In this two-hour-long class, attendees will go over what kind of files to use for the laser, beginning with the design of the vector graphic, how to use the software on the Omtech (LightBurn), and how to cut using different settings with a focus on safety training. Students should bring a jumpdrive or laptop with a file to cut.

After this class, attendees will be signed off as Certified to use the Omtech at the Makerspace.
