East Coast Repair & Fabrication, LLC. (ECR), continues to evolve in Newport News. S23 Holdings, LLC., an industry leader in the marine, industrial and commercial sectors, is investing $64.4 million to establish a corporate and industrial campus for ship repair, manufacturing and to rehabilitate piers at ECR. The redevelopment is expected to create 332 new jobs in Newport News.
