Founded to fill a gap in the regional beauty market, Luxury Tress Salon has evolved into a recognized beauty brand offering specialized salon services alongside a growing portfolio of proprietary hair care products. Its professional shampoos, conditioners, styling products, curl refreshers, and premium hair extensions are now available to customers throughout the United States.

Smithfield native Marcia Cross, founder of Luxury Tress Salon and Extension Bar has built a reputation for helping clients look and feel their best through specialized hair extension services, hair replacement solutions, and personalized beauty care. Located in City Center at 701 Mariners Row, Suite 102, the salon has grown from a local business into an expanding regional brand.

Cross’s passion for cosmetology began at an early age. Growing up, she watched her mother operate a salon, gaining firsthand insight into both the artistry and entrepreneurship behind the beauty industry. Those early experiences inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to helping others while building a business of her own.

Recognizing a need for strand hair extension services in the region, Cross opened Luxury Tress Salon in June 2012.
