ODU’s Graduate Certificate in Public Procurement and Contract Management (GCPPCM) program provides students with the skills and tools needed improve the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement and contract management in public-sector organizations. This ONLINEgraduate certificate is the first program in the nation of its type to be accredited by the prestigious International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management (IFPSM).
The GCPPCM is an accelerated, ONLINE program that is ideal for a busy work/life schedule. Candidates who consider a GCPPCM are normally public officials who are participants or stakeholders in acquisition, procurement, purchasing, or contract management or senior executives, departmental managers, program managers, project managers, engineers, budget and finance officials, and planners.
