Fitzgerald’s Cabinet Shop was started as a family owned and operated business by Tony Fitzgerald in 1995. He began the business on his own but now employs a staff of seven. Fitzgerald specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing custom cabinets and furniture pieces. The showroom, which is located at 13191 Warwick Blvd., has a large selection of cabinet designs, door styles, and finishes including stain, painted, antique, distressed, and glazed cabinets. At Fitzgerald’s Cabinet Shop all work is custom made and is all wood construction. The cabinets are made to specific client specifications and built to fit perfectly. The majority of work comes directly from homeowners and contractors. Service capabilities range from working on small projects to designing projects for estate size homes. Fitzgerald works extensively with customers in the design phase of the process to deliver the best cabinets. Using a 60- inch monitor, designers walk customers through this phase using a Computer- Aided Design (CAD) program that allows them to review and edit a simulated version of their cabinetry design before buildout.
