Join us for a St. Patrick’s Day Thank You Note Writing & Networking Event hosted by the amazing Kristen Mantlo with S.M.I.L.E. Samantha Makes It a Little Easier. She’s Irish-perfect. We will have a Bit o’ Irish fun and enjoy some coffee and refreshments. Bring your list of people you’d like to thank and their addresses (optional) and we will provide the Thank you notes\, and even some Stamps! Kristen will also teach us some writing etiquette.\n🍀What about the science behind it?   Glad you asked! Scientific research proves that higher levels of gratitude significantly enhance overall well-being\, including increased happiness\, better physical health (lower blood pressure\, stronger immune system)\, improved sleep\, and stronger social relationships. Cultivating gratitude rewires the brain to boost feel-good neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin\, while reducing stress hormones. So let’s give some thanks!\n🍀Want to network\, but don’t want to write notes? We will play a game of “Get to Know you Bingo” and we will have some Door Prizes as well.
