In 2009, Mühlbauer, Inc. opened a new technology center in Newport News. The building is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, along with sales and service departments and demo rooms. Located in Oakland Industrial Park, the building serves as a base for all Mühlbauer activities on the North American continent. Their current location has been a past recipient of the Best Office Building Award by the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate.
