As a teenager living in Korea, Young Han was taught how to service and repair clocks by his father Choong. After moving to the U.S. and serving in the Army, Young wanted to take his skills and passion and turn them into a business. He knew there was no better partner than his dad, so together they opened Han’s Clock & Watch Repair in 1985.

Han’s is one of the few shops on the Peninsula that specializes in both clock and watch repair. They offer repair services for all American and European clocks, watches, Grandfather clocks, cuckoo clocks, and antique timepieces. Some of the watch brands that they service include Rolex, Omega, Tag Heuer, Movado, Gucci, Wittnauer, Seiko, Citizen, and Hamilton Cartier.

Young and his wife, In Han, now handle the daily the operations of the store and pride themselves on providing excellent customer service. If someone is not able to bring a large or heavy clock to the shop, a representative from the store will make a house call. If a part can’t be ordered due to the age of the clock, Young frequently uses his skills to make internal parts.
