Davis Boat Works/Fairlead

Davis Boat Works, Inc., established in 1958 as a boatyard specializing in commercial and military vessels, is the oldest existing tenant and largest employer at the Seafood Industrial Park (SIP). In 2015, 100% ownership of Davis Boat Works was transferred to a successful marine business, Fairlead Integrated, to grow the business at the SIP. Davis Boat Works, Inc., DBA Fairlead Boatworks, Inc., has expanded operations and added full-time skilled and management positions.
